Starter Package

If no AI package has been generated, refund may be available. After a package is generated, refunds are reviewed case by case because digital work has been delivered.

Premium

Premium can be cancelled to stop future billing. Partial refunds are reviewed case by case.

Technical problems

If payment succeeds but access is not unlocked, contact support with payment email and approximate time. Do not send card details.

Taxes

Applicable taxes are calculated by customer location at checkout when Stripe Tax is connected.
